17th October 2011: It was no surprise to see the large British presence at the 2011 UCI World Masters Track Cycling Championships finish on top of the medal table with 17 Gold Medals, 54 medals in total
As usual the top three nations with the British, USA and Australia with the American's claiming 12 Golds, 34 Medals with the Australian's 9 Golds, 25 Medals.
With the return to Manchester a resounding success the event saw the wide-ranging appear of the Masters category yet again expanding with more and more new nations participating in the event and plans already in place for a bigger event next year from October 4th-16th 2012.
