21st February 2012: The 2011-2012 UCI World Cup presented by Samsung reached its zenith in London’s new velodrome, where the fourth and final round, which also served as a test event for the upcoming Olympic Games, ended as expected with victory for the British team. In the overall rankings for the series, Germany won with 291 points, thanks largely to wins in Astana and Cali.
